Research Program

The use of new technologies leads to a fundamental change in the world of work. As a result, labor markets and fields of employment, established forms of organization, business models, work processes, qualification requirements, education and training systems, as well as the attitudes, expectations and demands of individuals towards work are changing. In this respect, sustainability in a ecological and economical, but especially also in a social sense must be taken into account in a digitalized world of work.

Therefore it is the aim of this research program to develop interdisciplinary perspectives on the change of work driven by digitalization with respect to the three dimensions of sustainability.
